PREAMBLE
Whereas, The Bench and the Bar are factors standing in intimate relation with the social, business and judicial affairs of every community, and exercise an important influence therein; and
Whereas, The greatest good and best results are achieved by facilitating the administration of justice, elevating the standard of integrity, honor and courtesy in the legal profession and by maintaining the spirit of a common purpose and united fellowship among the members of the legal profession in accomplishing all commendable ends therein. To maintain and continue an organization for such purposes, the following articles of the Association are made and adopted.
